Don’t dwell or obsess over the negative. When you have to deal with something, express it, for its good to get it all out and confront it. The fault is in losing a positive attitude. Many people have a problem with depression because when negativity arises they dwell on it and mentally obscure the situation until it’s 10 times worse, theoretically. Thus, coming to the conclusion that: Obsession is Depression!
